Here's a Thought with Jay Daniels

For once, I want to speak to each of you about something other than my music. People often speak of the hurt that someone has caused them. Too often, we hear the stories of couples where one is abusive toward the other. This abuse causes leaves scars that are hard to remove. It pains me to hear of this happening to so many, yet so few are willing to do something about it. While this may sound simple, it can be far from it. Simply treat those around you - family, friends, spouse, etc. - with decency and respect. They are not simply a rug to wipe your feet on. Hopefully, this makes sense! Good night all.

People often ask, "What does it mean to be a close friend?" Many say that it means being able to go days without talking and pick it back up as though there were never a break. I'll go a step further. A close friend is someone who is willing to help you as best they can, no matter the sacrifice.
